Judy Huang is the founder of Onwards Coaching. An executive coach, leadership development strategist, and former consultant and organizational leader, she partners with executives and teams navigating growth, change, and what's next. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience, Judy combines thoughtful coaching with practical business experience to help leaders navigate complexity, make confident decisions, and achieve meaningful results.

Judy has coached leaders and teams at organizations including Google, Meta, Cedar, and Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. Before founding Onwards Coaching, she held strategy, operations, and leadership roles spanning startups, established companies, and the nonprofit sector. She earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from Dartmouth College.

Judy holds advanced professional coaching credentials from the International Coaching Federation (PCC), as well as certification from Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC). She has trained in conscious leadership with Conscious Leadership Group, somatic coaching and embodiment with Staci Haines, mindful leadership with Spirit Rock Meditation Center, and holds a certificate in yoga instruction from Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). She also uses several leading leadership assessment approaches in her work.
